I used to run cross country in high school (many moons ago) and rolled my ankles countless times. Now, whenever the weather changes, my ankles ache. It’s worse at night and often prevented me from sleeping until I found this gem of a product. Rubbing it on one/both ankles and then putting socks on means almost instant relief — enough to finally get to sleep.
